"I just thought I would let you know how much we appreciate the outstanding job your employees did recently in the recovering / re-padding of the pews at West Baptist Church, Westville, Florida. We debated at length whether or not to buy new pews. From the comments I've heard from the membership and from others who have seen the finished product, we are probably more satisfied than if we had bought new ones.

My brother-in-law, who worked at a local Pew Manufacturing firm for about 35 years (most of the time as a manager), had mildly dissuaded me from recommending to the church that we reupholster. His opinion was echoed by another person whose church had taken on the task as a "self-help" project, and really regretted their decision because of the work and problems encountered. My brother-in-law inspected the finished job and was amazed at the quality of the work and the minimal cost compared to new pews.

This date I called the Director of Missions for Holmes County Baptist Association and related basically the above comments to him and asked that he pass the word on to other churches in our association. I would gladly recommend your firm to anyone interested in such a project.

Everybody that observed the three gentlemen who did the work amazed at the absolute professionalism they displayed in performance of their work. They arrived late one afternoon and completed the job the following afternoon. I stood by and observed them for some length of time and did not hear a word spoken between the three men. Everyone knew exactly what to do and when to do it. It was almost mechanical. I commend each of them.
